Currently we are looking to fill the following positions with talented
people:
PROJECT MANAGERS, SYSTEM DESIGNERS & INSTALLERS
We are seeking qualified and highly productive people with advanced
experience in the high growth industry of Custom Residential Whole Home
Integration including high end Audio & Video products.
Strong customer service skills are required. Sell additional products
and accessories to customers in-home and on sales floor and follow up by
delivering products and accessories to customer homes. During
non-productive time, the installer will work out of the retail store as
a resource for the sales team to drive install sales and set customer
expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A documented and demonstrated history of managing and installing Whole
Home Integration Systems of all sizes and levels of complexity. Must be
able to read interpret and, if necessary, create prints, plans and/or
schematics. Must be self motivated and a team player. Must have
excellent verbal and communication skills. You will be the face of our
company whenever you are working with our customers! Must have excellent
documentation skills. You will be part of a team that requires high
levels of interaction, cooperation, and attention to detail!. Our entire
industry is becoming increasingly automated and the candidate should
have reasonable advanced computing skills.
NOTE: If you possess these skill sets, are in this industry, but are
currently employed at a higher level such as a project manager, project
administrator, system designer or other, we are willing to consider
being flexible in our organizational structure and/or compensation

DESIRABLE CERTIFICATIONS, SKILLS and/or KNOWLEDGE:
CEDIA Designer 1, Installer 1 and/or Installer 2 Certifications, ISF
Certification, HAA Certification, NSCA/EST Certifications, CES
Certifications, CEA Certifications, NICET Certification, BICSI
Certification, project management certifications or degrees, electronics
certifications or degrees, current certifications of applicable
manufacturer training (Crestron, AMX, to name a few...)
Total compensation will be commensurate with the experience of the
candidate
